As I stood upon the
highest mountain,
My eyes began to fill
with tears.
For I realized all of the
beauty there is in life.
That is so gracefully
offered to us all.
The twinkling of the stars
so mystical they are.
The moonlight to brighten
our darkened paths.
The wonderful scent of
beautiful flowers.
To sweeten the smoggy air.
Tweeting birds joyfully
singing.
Placing a song in our
hearts.
All of this God given
beauty,
To each of us do belong.
So how can one say that
"They have nothing in
life?"
If only you would choose
to open your eyes.
You may notice the beauty
that surrounds our lives
eachday!
