A Dream
Zakaria Glanza

Last night I had a dream that made me regret my woke up,
That's why I prayed to the angels of the night not give it up,
But I saw the sun when opening my eyes,
To see the truth, and to lose these sweet lies...

I was standing by the street, smoking my last cigarette,
When I saw a red car, that was her little corvette.
She stopped beside me, opened the door and asked me to get in,
I replied "No! I can't go, our love is dead, no, it's a sin!"
That's when she started to cry, and said that she can't forget,
so I wondered whether if she lies again, whether if I was having a dream!

Last night I had a dream that made me regret my woke up,
That's why I prayed to the angels of the night not to give it up,
But I saw the sun when opening my eyes,
To see the truth, and to lose these sweet lies...
As she's gone for real.

When I saw the tears in her eyes,
I really wondered if she lies,
Soon I believed her again,
Ah Yes, I did now and then,
I get into her car,
Kissed her then she took me very far,
She told me that she' still in love, and I told her she's still my star!
We felt happy, though I was a little scared if it was just a dream...
Hear me:
Last night I had a dream that made me regret my woke up,
It was too good to believe that my pain would give up,
But I saw the sun when opening my eyes,
To see the truth, and to lose these sweet lies;
Because she's gone for real...

I told her that I missed her, she promised she wouldn't go,
I held her then I kissed her, soon we lost control...
She said, she's writing a letter to tell her man farewell,
She's leaving him forever, as hate to live in his hell,
I touched this hell and screamer,
Because I was a gigolo dreamer...
As,
Last night I had a dream that made me regret my woke up,
That's why I begged the angels of the night not to give it up,
But I was blinded by the sun when opening my eyes,
To see the the truth, and to lose these sweet lies!
Oh, Yes she's gone...
