Shadows In The Darkness
W. Jude Aher |
Shadows in the darkness
Where whisper her eyes,
So close
In the echoes,
She cries silence.
Her skin taut, remembers
Where fingers linger,
When eyes try to believe
She sees.
Alone,
So alone in the shadows
A woman needs to breathe
Or to perceive,
Silk in feel
So soft that river wind
She stands naked in the mirror
But she stands alone.
And yet,
So the wind reaches.
