Life In All It's Splendor
Rosebulb

A few rose's will be, oh so good
and a box of chocolates would be grand
But tell me who, don't also want-
to have, at least one fan

In life, in all it's splendor
we do look for our pie in the sky
after all the toils and troubles
holds a desire, for them to come by

Oh what splendor life unfolds
in the ugly, the bad and the good
But lets be thankful for each one there be
and enjoy them as we should

Every present won't have the best of ribbons
nor all wrapped with joy and glee
There will be a few unwanted surprise's
that's only just a challenge, for you and me

v God allows each day for us to claim
that's under the sun, and the moon above
and the meadows below, where flowers grow
all of this he gave with love

We have this precious time to sat by the waters
to hear the peaceful sounds of the lake
and welcome the breeze from the weeping willows
and munch on a nice piece of cake

From a distant looking over the horizon
eyes can feast beyond the hills
To catch glimpse's of the rising sun
giving the heart, such a thrill

Now lets keep looking for the rainbow
that holds a promise to you and I
so lets splendor in the grass-
of life's presentations
and we will see them all come by
