Times have changed and so have we,
We're not the same as we used to be.
I can recall when we first met,
I thought for sure..."This is it, I'm set".
As the days went by we grew closer as one,
It started the first day when our love begun.
We shared so many happy moments together,
I thought our love could withstand any weather.
This sad separation that we both share,
In my heart...I know we will always care.
And though we have said our last goodbyes,
Somehow, I still wish we could amend our ties.
