They tell me I'm a commie,
They tell me I'm a freak.
How can I be free if
reprimanded when I speak?
I believe war is wrong.
Is that so hard to understand?
That doesn't make me evil,
I never hated my homeland.
I'm not unpatriotic,
Just because I want peace.
I'm wishing a safe trip,
To the people over seas.
But turn on your TV,
And maybe you'll see why,
I hate this senseless war,
Where innocent people die.
