God men and God women are
Your buts of ridicule,
Atheism, your avowed faith,
Theism is but superstition,
Fails it your test of rationale,
Tested positive, it is just banned
In your realm of reason.
Men and women of God are
Just magicians, or hypnotists!
Faith itself is a hateful system
Mankind can do without.
To prove yourselves,
Throw you challenges
At the faith victims,
Who stand stunned
At your magical acts!
Magic, or, hypnotism, you perform.
Science, you claim it is!
Reason and science, your watchwords!
Mystery is nonsense,
Nothing is beyond your comprehension!
Births, Deaths, Accidents, Misfortunes,
Wars, Rebellions, Acts of terrorism,
Human Misery in its many aspects,
All natural occurrences, you claim.
Responsible Centres of Power
Are not guilty: your assertion.
You are an Elite Class,
Sponsored by who-knows-it?
Shut you your eyes to the Omniscience,
That observes you, too.
The only Power that Matters-
Creation, Preservation, Destruction,
The Power does; a fact,
Even you cannot question.
Accept, and channel your profound Reason
Towards alleviating human misery.
