Alas you do not know what's in my heart
Shall I write a poem to let you know?
For my soul is ripped when we are apart
Yet the fondness of the heart does grow
Transparent winds rip through the dark night air
As I pull the warmth of you close to me
For I thank all the fates that you are here
And rest in your arms for eternity
The secrets that lay deep in my spirit
Are revealed in my dreams of you
The song you make, only I can hear it
Our precious moments together are few
I do not know what fate has in store
But it is you I will always adore
