With the dawning light of a new day
Comes the promise of hope
The warmth of new opportunities
The chance of happiness
The promise of love
The life we choose to live brings also
The triumph and challenges of day-to-day living
The ups the downs, the highs the lows
If we are to not welcome those
Then we do not welcome the fullness life has to offer us
For with the bad comes the good
And from with in it we shall flourish
We shall grow to become more than we could ever imagine
For without diversity we cannot understand
The love that is ours to share to nurture to grow
To accept only the good in life is to
Cheat ourselves out of that which makes us stronger
One life is all that we have, what we choose to do with that is...
All but a choice
But that is what life is all about, choice
