In heaven, there are streets of gold
In heaven, I will see precious
Stones-jasper, sapphire and topaz
Chalcedony, sardonyx and emerald
Sardius, beryl and chrysolite
Chrysoprase, amethyst and jacint.
In heaven, there will be no more
Crying, no more pain, nor
Sorrow; there will be no longer
Death, there will be no suffering.
In heaven, there will be no longer
Nights; in heaven there will be no
Need of the sun and the moon for
It will be the glory of God which
Will Illumine men and the Lamb Who
Sits on His right will be their light.
In heaven, I will see the tree of life
I will walk beside the pure river
Where the clear water of life
Abundantly flows from the throne
Of the Almighty Father and of the Lamb.
In heaven, true peace and happiness
Will reign. There will be no more
Curse; the Devil and his minions
Will never set foot in heaven, their
Part will be in the lake of fire and
Brimstone, condemned to suffer
Eternal pain.
In heaven, I will forever declare
Unto God my praise and worship
In heaven, I will dwell with the
Lord's Chosen who will joyfully
Savor a life which is glorious,
Perfect, and everlasting.
