I hear them laugh inside my head
They're with me once again
I hear them as they do make fun

The do always follow

But to this they only laugh
I hear them coming from the kitchen
But I know they are not there

And yet they do still follow

Hoping that I lose them

Running right beside me

I hear them still beside me
Man those bastards are quick
I hear them as I clench my eyes
When the wind blows my way
I hear them yell ever louder
While the wind talks back
I hear them as the beach grows near
The waves, they do not scare
I hear them as I climb the rocks
Urging me ever forward
I hear them as I stand on edge
Looking down below
I hear them as I step off
And begin the longest plunge
I hear them as I hit the water
They are now so scared
I hear them as they scream and yell
As water closes over
I hear them start to drift away
As I sink down below
I hear them not, now they are gone
As my final breath drifts upward
