The Gift Of Love ( Act II )
Ike K. Osuchukwu

Though I may sleep in shades of blue
And live my life a loner
If the gift of LOVE I do not have
What good would life then be?

If I had a princes as a wife
And every woman I could schmooze
But never had LOVE for my fellowman
What would this love then prove?

If I gave my heart-up, or away
To just one woman or a kind
But never showed LOVE for anyone else
What would I make of life?

The gift of LOVE is empathetic
The gift of LOVE is free
The gift of LOVE is not for one
And this gift I share with all!

The gift of LOVE is encompassing
And it exist in eternal existence
The gift of LOVE never loses hope
And it's sure to make us grow!

The gift of LOVE is infinite
And it comes in all shapes and forms
The gift of LOVE is all there is
Its source, we all hail from!

So open up your gift of LOVE
For it lies within your soul
The gift of LOVE is sweet and enriching
Its sight breeds fountains of joy!
