Have you noticed
what's being taught to say
Don't call it Christmas
call it a holiday
Take the Christmas word out
as not to offend
I'm sorry sir
to me that's a sin
I'll be politically correct
to a certain extent
But to remove Christmas
I'll not bend
I'll stand strong
and I'll defend
The very word
and what it represents
I'm not talking about
the commercialized part
Where presents are wrapped
then torn apart
No I'm more concerned
about the birth
And what it means
to us on earth
How the star
of Bethlehem shone
Where have all
the wise men gone
Is there still
compassion among men
Where did it go
and when
Even if you happen
to not agree
You don't deny others
of their belief
We can't all agree
on what's right to say
But there are millions
like me
who have the faith
And who will never call Christmas
just a holiday
