My Chiastic
Robert Fullerton |
I've been lookin' through my tool box, an act that's pretty rare.
I'm tryin' to find a special tool. I know it's here, somewhere.
I've found pliers and my hammer, it's a messy box, indeed.
I've accounted for 'most all my tools; Just not the one I need.
My drill is here, and so's my plane, I'll need them both, I guess.
But I can'f find that special tool, that's hidden in this mess
I asked my wife if she could help, 'cause girls can find 'most anything.
She said she thinks she saw it there, behind that ball of string.
I won't need these vice-grips, I don't need this coil of rope.
But I really need that special tool, and I'm gettin kinda choked.
If I wanna get this job done right, it's the only tool to pick.
The others are important, but, I need my Chiastic.
