The Journey Never Ends

Through the wind and rain,
A young man travels a long windy road,
He knows what he's after,
And, won't rest until he's reached the end,
He battles many foes along the way,
All underestimate him,
They try to take him down,
But, none prevail,
For his will is strong,
His goals waiver for no one,
Though along the way,
When he sees someone in need,
He stops to lend a helping hand,
He's not coldhearted,
He's just not naive anymore,
The light ahead shines brightly,
He holds his head up high,
And, with each step,
He feels closer to his dreams,
One day, they'll be realized,
But, the journey doesn't end there,
For, the journey has just begun,
And, it never really ends...
