They say look to Webster for the knowledge I need,
a way to describe what's inside me.
I sift through pages and yet no prevail,
nothing written in there captures you well.
Amazing, surreal, marvelous, cool...
Who says this book is such a 'great tool'?
I have yet to find the perfect description.
Perhaps the love I feel holds no real diction.
Terrific, sensational, awesome, divine...
No, nothing is right for what's in my mind.
Wasted time searching for words that are true,
but nothing captures the essence of you.
No words that are spoken can truly express
the beauty I see in your souls tenderness.
Pages and pages of words left to read,
there's got to be something I just haven't seen!
Yet the people responsible for making this book
didn't know you, so why even look?
There's nothing in life as great as you are,
no verbal expression that matches by far.
So forget my attempts to explain with mere words!
I won't waste my time... to show you is more.
