Flowers like white and innocent snowdrops
You cannot buy in any flower shops,
Neither the purple and yellow crocus
The first spring colours we can focus.
They hold the sunlight in their painted head
And fill like dots pasture and garden bed.
Admiring them, we can feel good cheer,
We dare trust that warm days now are near.
These first flowers, the salutation of spring
Cause inside us bells of emotions ring.
Before the rest of blooming plants appear
These shy creatures are especially dear.
They are the first to brave the wintry sky,
Their beauty draws from us a grateful sigh.
