Darkening orbs in my lungs
making it impossible to breathe
one tiny stream of cool soothing
water rich in minerals entering
my veins coming to life
nourished by the warmth
sparkles of comforting thoughts
unprocessed data stored in the heart
not a computer insensitive
to caresses skin ethereal
invisible to everyone except me
living in a heart of one
none can assume vulnerability
deception of weak appearance
is protection once confusion
purged from the guard towers
separating the bond between us
and those outside the wall of
perfect contentment strength
exuding the origin within
the soul of birth.
