- Purple Dream reserves the right to reject any submission, or delete any published articles at our sole discretion (without notification).
- We will not notify you of any accepted or rejected articles, and we do not response to any inquiry concerning the status of your submitted articles.
- You had to be the author of the article that you are submitting.
- Your full name (at least an initial or first name and last name) is required with your submission, we no longer accept submissions with a nickname or just your first name.
- Submission will not be accepted if your valid email address has not be provided, as it is an identification for each Resident. Your email address is absolutely confidential. Update your email with us when you change your address.
- For your first approved submission to be released, you might receive a confirmation email from our Editor (one time only), it is required that you reply the email in confirming your email address. You will receive a welcoming letter once your first poem had published.
- Purple Dream doesn't have fixed schedules for site updates, but we usually update our site about every 15-30 days. You will be inform by New Publication newsletters for all updates, you can unsubscribe the newsletters at anytime.
- Purple Dream does not usually change or alter the content of your articles (but we reserve the rights to do so in extreme cases), we will format the article (if needed) to fit our site. Notify us of any changes (do not abuse) and/or any mistakes in your published articles.
- There are no limit to how many articles you can submit. However, we will not publish all of them at one time; possibly one at a time with our updates.
- Check your articles for typo and mistakes before submission. If excessive typos and mistakes are detected, the article will not be reviewed and will be rejected automatically.
- Submission of copyright materials (you don't own) are prohibited on Purple Dream. Any discovered copyright material will be removed automatically, all piracy and copyright infringements will reported to the authorities and you will be banned from our site.
- Offensive, illegal activity, racism, dirty language and sex-related articles are prohibited on Purple Dream. This includes introduction of links or information of sites elsewhere that may infer contents as mentioned above.
- From time to time, we insert graphics with your articles. If you prefer not to have any graphical attachments, let us know and no graphic will be inserted with your future works.
- Purple Dream submits our URL, Resident websites and all poem pages to most of the search engines on the Internet. Do not submit any poems, if you don't want your works to be found on the Internet.
- We will not post any "URL" Outside Links on any individual poem pages (within the content or as a footnote). But we are happy to provide an outside link of your choice in your Purple Dream Resident Website with your introduction (as long as the link is directed to your own poetry related website).
- Purple Dream does not copyright your work, we strongly recommend that you register your work with the U.S. Copyright Office before submit them to us.
- Purple Dream is open to the public. Therefore, we have no control, and are not responsible for anyone who utilized any articles posted on this site for their own purpose.
- Do not post poems in our Forum, it defeats the purpose of the Forum as a message board. Failure to comply will result in being ban from posting any messages.
- Writers may cancel their participation at any time in removing their articles by notifying us.
- Failure to comply with the Terms & Conditions will result in termination of your residency.
